A delegation from Iran met Governor Punjab Muhammad Balighur Rehman

A high-level delegation consisting of education department and religious scholars from Iran met Governor Punjab Muhammad Balighur Rehman at Governor House Lahore on 12^th February 2023. It was agreed to increase the links between the universities of Punjab and Iran. In the Iranian educational delegation, Syed Abul Hasan Nawab, Head of the university of Religions Qom, Abdul Hadi Masoudi, Head of the university of Quran and Hadith Qom, Muhammad Najaf Lakzai, Head of the Department of Political Science, Baqral Uloom, Islamic Culture and sciences and Hussain Ahmadi, Head of the Department of Construction and Development of holy Places Qum were present.

On this occasion of the meeting, Director Iqbal Academy Professor Dr. Baseera Ambareen  and Vice Chancellor of Punjab Universities were also present. Iranian Consul General Mehran Mowahedi, Iran Consul General KDG Jafar Ronas, Punjab University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Akhtar, Fatima Jinnah Medical University Vice Chancellor, Khalid Masood Gondal, Vice Chancellor University of Education, Talat Nasir Pasha, Vice Chancellor University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Prof. Dr. Naseem Ahmed and Vice Chancellor Superior University Dr. Samaira Rehman and others were also present.
