Scanning of Allama Iqbal's Personal Library

Nations perserve their intengible heritage. The heritage is not only cultural, but, also literary, academic and oral. Allama Iqbal's Personal Library was donated to Islamaia College Lahore as per will of the Poet-Philosopher. These 433 books were shifted to Iqbal Academy Pakistan to facilitate the scholars and researchers of the Iqbal Studies, particularly those who are working of his biography of mind.

These boos were published 100 to 150 years ago. Allama Iqbal has put his hands on these books and written notes. The Iqbal Academy Pakistan has signed a MoU with the University of the Punjab, Lahore for scanning of these book on state-of-art overhead scanner. These books shall be available online on Iqbal Cyber Library to facilitate the readers worldwide.
